Each session starts with an assessment of body, mind, and spirit. Once we have an understanding of any imbalances, I can draw from a number of supportive modalities, such as biodynamic cranial sacral therapy, myofascial release therapy, muscle release techniques, and soft tissue therapy, along with various forms of energy work, including reiki, to support your healing process.

Rates:

$100 per 60-minute session

$150 per 90-minute session

A 90-minute session is preferred for the initial visit, if possible.

A gentle, non-invasive, hands-on session for the horse and human body. It is proven to help horse and human heal, establish a deep sense of balance and connection, improve posture and performance, and stop chronic unresolved issues. By bringing both the human and the horse back into alignment, they become a much more effective team.

There are not many horses and their humans that wouldn’t benefit from craniosacral work. Estimates suggest that over 90% of horses have suffered head trauma and are storing old trauma in their bodies, which restricts their ability to function as they once did. The percentage for humans is likely higher, as we tend to compartmentalize and hold our trauma as well.

These sessions can be done on just the horse or the human, or they can be done on the horse and human team.

$100 per session, with an additional $25 barn fee per visit, for horses and humans. The session may be split among several horses and humans.

My journey with energy work began nearly two decades ago with my discovery of reiki, in a time when I needed deep healing. Reiki connected me into the deep rhythms of nature and allowed me to find balance.

Reiki works with the body’s innate wisdom in order to find balance and create peace.

Sessions can be comprised of reiki alone, or be combined with other healing techniques.

Receiving a diagnosis of cancer is difficult, but being supported through a time when most touch is clinical by caring touch can truly ease the challenges.

I hold a certification for working on clients with a cancer diagnosis.

I realized early in my career the great need for compassionate touch in our Elder community.

Unfortunately, our elders don’t receive much compassionate healing touch as they age. I sought out specialized training for working with people that are aging and or going through illness. It is my honor to be supportive in this time of life.

I harvested the flowers and the bark from the Mimosa tree, also known in Traditional Chinese Medicine as the Tree of Happiness. Its earliest recorded medicinal use dates back to the 2nd century; nothing lifts the mood, brightens your outlook, and calms the body like Mimosa.
